• Order Cancellation: Goshi Luxe reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment authorization issues. Customers can only cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it.
• Payment Terms: Orders are only confirmed once payment is verified. For high-end formal and bridal wear, a non-refundable advance deposit is required before production begins.
• Intellectual Property: All designs, images, logos, and content associated with Goshi Luxe are the exclusive intellectual property of the brand. Reproduction or unauthorized use of this material is strictly prohibited.
